Paul Vandenbroeck (2021)

Linda Vinck produces fine works of art by combining her delicate sensibility with influences from the time she spent in Africa.

Her rhythmical visual world stimulates the primal memories within us all as humans.

Norimassa MIZUTANI (2012)

Linda Vinck has been building up a coherent graphic oeuvre in the past thirty years. After a spell on the Cape Verde islands she introduced in

her serial work a new and topical concept of the arts: synesthesia, the connecting of different sensory spheres, in this case the relationship between her visual work and music.

E. Van Buynder (2009) erevoorzitter MuHKA

The work of Linda Vinck seems to be suffused with a unique energy instilled by the colours red, yellow and blue .

In some way, her work seems to wish to convey the impulse of an electronic circuit field in which a type of physical process is unleashed which indicates the unstoppable course of  energy,

given that the composition gives the impression of wanting to break out from the vertical bounds of the support. In spite of the monotonous and repetitive sensation of the sequences, the work exude a plastic beauty and creative harmony,  qualities to which a certain narrative intention must be added.
